I must say that your course was extremely informative, hands-on, personable, well taught and very interactive. I thought the greatest aspect of taking a course at TopShelf Bartending is that it is in an actual NIGHT CLUB/BAR environment. My friends have taken other bartending classes in a classroom setting and I just don't feel they get the true experience of pouring and mixing.
Anyway, You were an excellent teacher and I would recommend you to anyone interested in Bartending school who really wants to be trained as a professional bartender.

My name is Bill Mullen. I recently attended the TopShelf Bartending class held in June with director/instructor Sal Brancato. I successfully completed the course and attained my bar code certification.
I was very pleased with the instruction and direction given by Mr. Brancato. His 15 years of bar tending experience coupled with his vast knowledge of the industry allowed for very involved, hands on training in an "live bar" environment.
I am interested in owning and operating my own establishment. I highly recommend Sal's program to others interested in launching into this industry.

Sal was a delight! What a great instructor! His vast knowledge and experience shows and there was never a boring moment! It was truly a pleasure being taught by him. As for the course, it was very informative and lots of fun too! I was surprised by how much I could learn in such a short time. I also enjoyed the authentic atmosphere. It was exciting being able to learn in an actual nightclub on an actual bar. Also, I was grateful to be given the opportunity to ge the real feel of what it's like to work behind a bar. As you can see, I was quite impressed with how much this course had to offer and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested! Thank you for the whole TOPSHELF experience!
